- New-build thermal baths with 13 pools and sizeable sauna and wellness area
- Given the high salt and thermal water exposure, reaction resin products were used for waterproofing and tiling to all high-moisture areas
- Fully vitrified stoneware tiles and fittings used throughout the baths
- Use of Sopro system solutions for all waterproofing and tiling
